All the items on this site come with a 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE . If you are not completely satisfied, for any reason, you may return them. I will refund your payment minus shipping as soon as I receive the return in GOOD resellable condition.

The cabinet knobs are 1 1/2" wide and they stand off approx. 1 1/4". The drawer pulls are 3 1/2" and have 2 mounting holes on 3" centers. The ceramic tiles are 4 1/4" square unless stated otherwise. The background is stark white. I also do the "off-white" bisque tiles BUT special order only. These are hand finished ceramic items so, some quantities may not be available for immediate ship.

All ceramic tiles are standard 4 1/4" gloss white tiles. They can be used as
a trivet, hot plate, coaster, spoon rest on the stove, in a serving tray or an accent in a backsplash as well as a counter top. These are the same tiles that you would go to the Home Center, hardware store, tile store or do it yourself center to buy for your bathroom or kitchen. The only exception is that they have had images fired onto them. If you are going to use these as a hot plate or coaster, on a surface that has a finish, you should glue a fabric or something to the back of the tile to protect the surface. Even though I have hundreds of tiles ready to ship, there is no guarantee that I will have the image that you want in the quantity that you want.

I TRY to keep at least ONE of every item that I sell but, there is no guarantee of that either. If you are in a hurry, you should call for availability. Because of the large number of images that I carry, there is NO WAY that I could stock every conceivable order quantity. I have a small inventory of every image based on its popularity.

Most orders are filled and shipped within two weeks BUT, some may take a little longer. The image has been fired to 1400 degrees and will never fade or wear off. These are not like the so called "Heat Fired" images which can be scratched or peeled off. These are permanent. They come with screws for mounting on your drawers or kitchen cabinets or any other project you may have in mind. Since different uses require different screws, you should tell me where you are going to use them. If I don't hear where you will be using them, I will send 1" screws. The ceramic tiles are standard 4 1/4" and gloss white.

If you have any questions about our products please ask. The only "dumb" question is the one that goes unasked. You can call the store Mon. thru Fri. Between the hours of 10 & 4 Eastern time @ 607-732-2983 or you can email me at knobsrus@stny.rr.com

I have had enough requests for an off - white background that, I have gone back to my supplier to see what is available. I have found a cream colored blank that these images can be applied to as well. The cost is .35 more per knob nad .50 more per pull than the white. So, if stark white is not what you want, these will be just what you are looking for.

If you are not sure about the color, for $5.00 for knobs and $7.00 for pulls, including S&H, I will send you a blank unassembled sample of both colors so that you can put it on your cabinets to see what they look like. As a rule the cream colored knobs and pulls will not be available for immediate ship. Cream Colored knobs & pulls will be done on a special order basis only. In most cases, delivery time will not be more than three weeks. To order cream colored background, just purchase the white and send me an email with your background choice. The additional cost will come from your *S&H refund* or I will send you a paypal invoice for the difference.

*Because I ship all over the world, I have had to cover myself in all different scenarios on shipping. Any shipping overcharges will be refunded to your payment account when order is shipped. The maximum International charge will not exceed $80.00 ( as of 02/02/2018) for priority mail for up to 80 knobs but, in most cases, it will be much less. If you order cream colored knobs, the additional cost will come from this refund.
